C-Lounge Capital started as the family office of CenterCorp Retail Properties. Over time, it evolved into a carefully curated group of family offices, owners, and operators — each relationship personally built and hand selected by founder Mark Klaman.
We are a tight-knit group of experienced real estate operators who value generational assets, long term passive income and preserving tax efficiency legacy strategies.
We are not a traditional fund. Every deal is analyzed with experts in that asset class, that market, and often, that very property.
As experienced operators, our approach is relationship-driven, fast-moving, and built around long-term alignment between sponsors and investors.

Jeremy Rubin
Director of Investments
Oversees all investment operations, from sourcing and analyzing new deals, to managing relationships with investors and capital partners. Jeremy handles the day to day operations; serving as the primary point of contact for both investors and sponsors, as well as building the infrastructure that powers C-Lounge Capital.

Greg Wise
Strategy & Brand
Founder, investor, and operator with experience spanning technology, real estate, and private markets. Co-Founder of OneScreen, a venture-backed company helping monetize physical-world media assets, and was an early employee at HubSpot prior to and through its IPO. Greg has also invested in and developed commercial real estate, bringing a builder's perspective to evaluating opportunities and supporting sponsors.
